Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and the packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund.
You must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any merchandise to us. Any return without an RMA number will be refused. Contact us for an RMA return number before returning the item. We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Upon receipt of the item, we will credit you to the original payment method.
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please (after receiving an RMA number) return the complete product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If any of these conditions are not met, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged.
Note: We accept the return of defective products due to faulty workmanship and/or defect within 7 days the date of receipt. Errors that result in the incorrect product being sent will also be accepted for return within 7 days the date of receipt.
To request a Return Authorization Number (RMA), please provide the following information: Full name and address, phone number, E-mail address, date of the order, date of receipt of the order, original order confirmation number, your reason for returning the goods and at least two product photos by clicking Contact Us.
Note: For health reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on skin care, hair care or makeup items. We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Warranty is void if serial tags, approval numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer's seals have been removed, altered, or altered. The warranty is void due to improper handling, misuse.
