Yes, with the exception of certain types of products, we offer free returns for 30 days.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as Skincare and Haircare items), sale items and  gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To be returned, the product must be unopened and unused in its original packaging.

All returns must be made within 30 days after receiving date your item. Please contact us before returning any merchandise to us.

Yes,  all refunds will be reflected in customer accounts only once the item has been received.

Shipping & recent orders

Yes, we offer free shipping to USA and Canada.

Delivery times may vary depending on items ordered, billing and shipping information. However, Most orders can be delivered within an average time of:
*United States 3 to 12 business days
*Canada 5 to 15 business days

Excluding weekends and public holidays, our working days are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Montreal local time.

Orders are shipped on monday through friday. We use UPS, FEDEX or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped so you can follow your order through to delivery.

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, most orders are processed the same day. But some orders may take extra time. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or on Canadian Statutory Holidays, except by prior arrangement. The average processing time is 0.55 business days.


Currently no, we only deliver to Canada and USA.

Once your order has been processed, packaged and received by the carrier, it will generate a tracking number that we will send to you via the email indicated when placing the order so that you can follow it until delivery.
